How to find tyres at Tyres.net
In order to find proper tyres on Tyres.net use our tyres selector
- Choose your vehicle type
- Tyre type
- Pick the right size by choosing Width/Height/Diameter
- Press “More options” in order to use hidden filters
- Press “Search” button to see all offers available
After pressing “Search” button you will be redirected to a Search Results Page where you can use extra filters (filter by price, brand, seller, test reviews, price category, etc.) if needed for your search.
How to find rims

- Choose Usage area (type of oil or lubricant)

- Choose viscosity

How to find accessories
In order to find accessories on Tyres.net use our accessories configurator
- Choose category
- Choose type of product
- Choose manufacturer
- Press “Search” button to see all offers available
After pressing “Search” button you will be redirected to a Search Results Page where you can use extra filters (filter by price, brand, seller, etc.) if needed for your search.
*Please note that it is not necessary to fill all fields of configurator in order to proceed with your search, but it is recommended in order to improve search results for the product needed.
How to compare products
If you are still confused and don’t know what product to choose you can use our comparison feature to compare multiple products
- Press comparison button next to the product image and you will see all chosen products on the top of the Search results page
- Press compare products and you will be redirected to a comparison page

How can I purchase a product at Tyres.net?
Once you decided you would like to buy a product, you click through directly to the supplier’s website or you can purchase straight at TyresNet if the retailer is listed in our marketplace.
Click through to seller’s website and proceed with your order there

- Shop information (General information, contact and payment details)
- Shipping information and availability status
- Payment methods accepted by seller
Add to cart and order on our platform
- Add to cart to order directly from Tyres.net
*As soon as the order has been placed you will deal directly with the retailer. If you have any questions regarding the order you should contact the supplier directly. All information is listed in “Shop information” section, and it will be also mentioned in your order confirmation email.
Payment methods
Listed on Tyres.net shops offer various methods of payments that are displayed on product detail pages next to each offer
You can also choose from multiple payment methods on checkout page, if you will purchase directly from Tyres.net
→ Bank transfer
If you have chosen Bank transfer as your prefered payment method you will find payment information and total amount on a thank you page after you completing the purchase:
- Seller’s account details (Transfer the amount to the account listed)
- Total amount for your order - sum of money that you transfer to seller
- Seller’s contact information, so you can contact shop for more details
Same information you will receive via email
*Please be aware that your order will be processed only after your payment was confirmed.
→ Credit card
You can pay with all types of credit cards that are listed in seller's payment methods. As soon as you have chosen credit card type and confirmed your order by pressing "Buy now" button, you will be redirected to seller's payment page. After your payment is processed you will return back to Tyres.net's "Thank you" page, where you will find your order details.
→ Paypal or other online payment service
If you choose to complete your payment with PayPal or any other online payment service, at the end of your order you will be redirected to online payment service platform. If you already have an account, simply log in and confirm your order. If you have not used online payment service before, you can register as a guest or create a new account, and then confirm your order.
Once we have confirmed the payment, you will receive an order confirmation.
*Please note, that in rare occasion, Paypal processing problems may occur, which we cannot influence. Note that a transaction through PayPal will be issued from our webpage, you cannot go to PayPal’s webpage to complete your order, then we will not link the payment with the order. Please keep this in mind when choosing PayPal or any other online payment service as your payment method.
Track your order
As soon as you placed your order, you will land on a "Thank you page" and receive order confirmation email that contains all information needed to track or identify your order:
- Order number - 8 digits that you can use to identify your order with customer support if needed, or to track your order via our tracking form
- Order status - section in “Order confirmation page” (that you can reach by using our tracking form, or by following the link from your confirmation email) with detailed information regarding your order status:

Once you cliked “Add to cart”, you can proceed to checkout. Information regarding each seller’s shop payment and delivery policy is easily accessible from your cart.
→ If you click through to our partners’ site:
Find all information regarding delivery policies and option on seller’s site. Normally it can be found on the top or bottom menu bar.
*Please Note that Tyres.net does not carry the transport risk. The retailer is always responsible for everything related to your order including delivery issues.
